Surveyor/Associate Commercial Property Manager

I have partnered again with Savills Commercial Property Management to grow there ever impressive London Business space team.

Chris Carrick joined Savills back in 2015 and has seen the team go from strength to strength in a challenging market.

Chris is looking for a surveyor or Associate level individual to join his team.

Chris’s team have had an incredible 2022 taking one two highly sought after clients.

One being a highly acquisitive ultra urban industrial developer. Hitting the headlines for acquiring the highest price per acre Industrial unit in zone 2. There a young fast growing development company open to new ideas & strategies.

The second an investor acquiring prime location large multi-let industrial units, heavily redeveloping the asset and investing heavily into capex projects turning the asset and the surrounding area into a real destination piece.

If your looking for exposure outside of Industrial Chris works with a key instruction with assets including multi let office buildings with substantial services charge budgets and a mix of retail assets. This client provides the opportunity for an individual to get involved in areas outside of Property Management. That being Asset Management and Value-added services.
