Job Details
A leading and employee owned practice of Chartered Building Surveyors, Project managers and consultants, are now seeking an Associate Director leveled Building Surveyor to join their Hemel Hempstead team.
The Associate Director Building Surveyor's role
You as the successful Associate Director of Building Surveyor, will cover mainly all commercial instructions, on predominantly professional services including; defect analysis, expert witness, party wall and dilapidations.
The new Associate Director will also project monitor for private banks, which includes a lot of healthcare sector type work. Your role within the existing Building Surveying team will be to help with future recruits, support APC training Building Surveyors and manage clients both new and existing.
The successful Associate Director Building Surveyor will have
- MRICS accreditation or equivalent
- Measured Surveyor or CAD knowledge and experience desirable but not essential
- Private practice/ consultancy background
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Commercial market experience and knowledge
