LONDON BOROUGH ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIREDSoutheast London Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority who require a Local Authority in London who require an Interim Estates Surveyor. The work consists of everything you're already experienced in… rent reviews, lease renewals and it's heavy on landlord and tenant negotiations! You'll be focused on their commercial and operational portfolios. If you have experience with disposals, that could come in handy too. They have a complex disposals programme underway, and they aren't saying no to having an extra seat at the table! For this role, you need to be MRICS, or AssocRICS with a relevant degree in Property management. Previous Local Authority experience is an essential requirement due to the political nature of some cases.Hybrid working is available. Make yourself available on Wednesdays every week for team meetings which are conducted in person, along with another day of your choosing for site inspections.
