Residential Surveyor Required - High Yielding Patch - Est. Surveying/Property Services Group

We are working with the Surveying arm of a highly regarded Property Services Group that is seeking an additional Chartered Surveyor for a high-yielding patch centred around the HP/LU postcodes. 

Estimated earnings would be in the region of £100k at a 5 point avg.

Basic salary of c£65k depending on experience, plus bonuses, a car/allowance, pension and benefits. MRICS is desired, but experienced AssocRICS considered on a case-by-case basis. VRS is essential.

Ideal locations include Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire or any of the HP / LU / AL or WD postcodes (or close surroundings).
