An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor to join our Clients Growing Property Team! COMMERCIAL Surveying Experience is essential.

Our Clients ideal candidate requires significant working knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems as well as experience in the delivery of building services.

A full member of a construction related professional body (RICS, CIOB) or have demonstrable, sufficient and relevant work experience associated with working at an equivalent level of knowledge and expertise is essential.

Our Client is offering Hybrid working with an Immeidiate start date.

Key day-to-day duties:

Surveying operational assets (commercial) - Cinema, community centres etc.
Manage a small team of 2 less senior surveyor's
Contract administration
Dealing with a mixture of reactive repairs.
