At The Stowe Group we are excited to announce we are recruiting into a newly created role, Group Head of Estates, Maintenance, Grounds and Support Services.  In this role you will lead, direct and manage the Estates, Maintenance, Grounds and Support Services functions for The Stowe Group of schools.  This role is key in the implementation and delivery of the Estates, Maintenance, Grounds and Support Services strategic plan for The Stowe Group.  You will be driven in producing outcomes that are cost -effective whilst aligning with compliance, legislation and providing a high quality service to all members of the Stowe Group Community.

We are looking for someone who has exceptional leadership skills and can manage a  range of large and small projects at any one time whilst meeting project deadlines. You will be a strong negotiator with project management skills and have a proven track record of delivery.  You will be educated to degree level and be RICS qualified with extensive experience in Building Services/surveying in a complex environment.
