Today, Snellers employs around 25 people (plus aligned consultants) who are focussed on a ‘client led’ approach to property consultancy. 

The Position

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and responsive Building Surveyor, to join our multi-disciplinary team in Teddington.

You will be MRICS qualified and enjoy working on a varied mix of instructions, including: dilapidations, contract administration, project management, due diligence and pathology reports. There is no limit to the career development on offer; progression with the company is only limited by your ambition; as long as your advice is trusted and valued by our diverse clients, and that you can manage a broad workload.

The Package

In return, we will offer you a competitive salary and benefits for package, commensurate with independent practices in the outer London market, and an uncapped, fee related bonus scheme, which is transparent, and designed to incentivise you to go the extra mile for our clients.
