Senior Building Surveyor

A nationwide firm, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them in their Guildford based office, with a growing and supportive Building Surveying team.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working with a range of clients from large investors, private property companies and public sector bodies. Your day-to-day will consist of both professional and projects instructions, including party wall matters, reinstatement cost assessments, schedules of conditions, project management and contract administration.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will take on client management responsibilities, as well as developing new client relationships and mentoring of APC level Surveyors.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have

• MRICS (Ideally)
• 3+ years with a private practice/consultancy
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Experience with professional and project instructions
• Managerial potential or interest (Not essential)
• Dedicated, ambitious and well-presented
