Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

• RICS recognised degree or equivilent in Building Surveying or related subject
• Minimum of 1 years practical experience, ideally having commenced APC
• Broad experience in terms of work and sectors
• Strong work ethic and desire to progress with APC

​Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

This role offers the broad range of projects and the full range of professional instructions required to complete your APC and become a well-rounded Building Surveyor. 

Work is predominantly in the private sector in Central London and the Home Counties. Areas of work include the following:

• Contract administration/ project management
• Planned maintenance surveys
• Schedules of condition and dilapidations
• Development monitoring
• Party wall matters
• Defects analysis
• Landlord’s representative in relation to tenants’ fit-out and alteration works

Salary & Package: Assistant Building Surveyor – APC

Offers salary levels competitive with London consultancies, £33,000 – £40,000 pa dependant on background and experience.
