Person Specification: Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS
• 2 years+ post qualification experience
• Broad experience across various projects and professional instructions
• Experience across residential and commercial sectors
• Strong work ethic and desire to take responsibility and progress to Associate

Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Building Surveyor

Working across a broad range of projects and professional instructions, you will be client facing at the highest level with strong communication skills. 

Working directly with a Director you will assist in the running of a team, also supporting junior staff through APC. You will be client facing and from day one you will be working towards promotion to Associate.

Work is predominantly in the private sector in Central London and the Home Counties. Areas of work include the following:

• Contract administration/ project management
• Planned maintenance surveys
• Schedules of condition and dilapidations
• Development monitoring
• Party wall matters
• Defects analysis
• Landlord’s representative in relation to tenants’ fit-out and alteration works

Salary & Package: Senior Building Surveyor

Offers salary levels competitive with London consultancies, £55,000 – £65,000 pa dependant on background and experience.
