About the role

As a project manager, you will be working within the wider project management team across two key growth areas for the business which are life sciences and higher education. You will be allocated your own project(s) depending on your experience and appetite for progression.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying, quantity surveying or Project Management
• MRICS or working towards APC
• Experience of leading real estate projects from start to finish
• Experience within real estate
  • Commercial new build / CAT A+B
