Job Details
The work currently available within the company includes inspection of all types of buildings and preparation of Due Diligence Acquisition and Building Survey Reports, Schedules of Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Reinstatement Valuations, Drawings & Specifications, Contract Administration, Defect Reports, Expert Witness Reports. We regularly take instructions from commercial and industrial tenants to assist in leasehold matters and negotiation of leasehold claims in damages and to attend Court to provide Expert Evidence. We act for Building Owners and Adjoining Owners in matters relating to the Access to Neighbouring Land Act and the Party Wall etc. Act.
We envisage the candidate will be happy to work within the team, but also content to take their own initiative when required. We do not micromanage but do offer support when needed.
