Residential Valuation - Surveyor or Senior Surveyor

I am assisting a leading international consultancy who are growing their residential valuation team in Birmingham. The team cover a variety of residential properties including: high-end individual dwellings valued in excess of £2million, large urban development and expansion schemes, PRS, and student accommodation.

The majority of valuations completed by this team are for secured lending purposes on behalf of high-street banks and lenders, with the occasional investment and fund valuation. The role will have you developing existing client relationships, and ideally adding new clients to the network.
