Interim Estates Team Leader needed!
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority based in Lancashire who require an Interim Estates Team Leader to join them on an initial 6 month basis.
You will be responsible for performance managing a small team of Surveyors, ensuring their backlog of Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and other tasks are completed.
You will also have the opportunity to assist with their Strategic Asset Management plan as the Council drive several Development Schemes forward.
The Council work on a hybrid basis, only requiring you to attend the office once per week for team meetings.
