Job Details
A local authority based in the North West are looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their property team 😀
If you are someone who likes to socialise, this role is perfect for you as the team attend the office 2-3 days a week.
This role includes but is not limited to Commerical Estates Management, Landlord and Tenant, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, and will also include Acquisitions and Disposals.
This role is NOT cover, so the contract comes with a likely extension.
MRICS qualified is required for this opportunity.
