Senior Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Building Surveyor working in the private sector looking for that next step up to Associate Director? 

I am partnered with a highly successful Consultancy offering an excellent opportunity for a hard working and dedicated professional to be based in the London office or Surrey. 

You will be working on high end projects throughout London and the South East as part of a team, also guiding less experienced surveyors. 

You will be initially joining the team as Senior Building Surveyor but will have the opportunity to step up to Associate Director.

You will be responsible for a broad range of surveying duties for private and local authority clients. 

Project Management experience is key as you will be expected to drive projects forward in all areas  with clients and contractors, with a keen eye for detail.

Requirements 

• MRICS 
• Over 5 years post qualification experience in the private sector
• Experience in a similar role within the UK

Responsibilities include:

• Business Development, preparing bids and quotes
• Undertaking residential and commercial measured and Building Surveys
• Schedules of Condition and Party Wall awards
• Contract Administration on projects
• Specifications and preparing tender and contract documentation
• Dilapidation surveys
• Defect Analysis
• Licenses to Alter
• Assisting in Expert Witness matters
