On offer for the Graduate Building Surveyor:

A starting salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave, increasing with service5% pension contributionPrivate healthcareProfessional subscriptions paidBonusFlexible and hybrid working

Projects: Residential, Education, Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Healthcare

Requirements of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree1 year's construction consultancy experience is essential for this roleWorking towards RICS chartership and a desire to achieve in the futureGood communication skillsEnthusiastic and willing to learn new skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFull UK driving licence and willing to travel to sites throughout the UKNext Steps:
