Job Details
An award-winning independent construction consultancy with nationwide coverage are looking to add a Senior Surveyor to their Liverpool office.
The Senior Building Surveyors role
The Senior Building Surveyors main duties will be to complete pre-acquisition surveys, design and project management of new builds and refurbishments, maintenance and repair advice, defect diagnosis and providing solutions. The sectors include residential, commercial, retail and industrial.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be mentoring and developing a team from the new Liverpool office. Business generation and managing existing and new client relationships will be a substantial part of this role, to develop further growth.
