We are now working with an experienced multi-disciplinary consultancy that works in all aspects of construction and real estate. We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor who has attained chartership to join their brilliant team in London. This position will provide the successful Chartered Building Surveyor with the chance to manage projects from start to finish for both public and private clients. This company's aim is to be a market leader, standing out by continuing to provide first-rate service and solutions to clients' demands. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, Assist with fee proposals and bids for new and existing clients, Carrying out all contract administration responsibilities,Undertake surveys per client requirements, Prepare estimates for projects, Provide high standards of design, tendering and project management.
