A Local Authority in the East Midlands is looking for you to join a large established team of professional Surveyors, to undertake commercial estate management.

The great thing about this Council, is that it’s located in a beautiful part of the East Midlands and is right by a train station if you choose to travel that way.

It doesn’t matter if you’re Chartered or if you’ve worked in Councils before as long as you’ve managed commercial portfolios undertaking Landlord & Tenant matters, rent reviews and lease renewals.

As always, you can work from home, with the occasional visit into the office.
