A global cost consultancy One of the are seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an ambitious team working on highly technical projects providing Development Monitoring Services as well as mentor a couple of Assistant Quantity Surveyor's, whilst delivering projects from inception to completion.

The role will include the delivery of appointments to a wide range of banks and development funders, across multiple sectors including residential, student accommodation and commercial from £500k - £50m.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience in the delivery of Development Monitoring Surveying Commissions and will be interested in more autonomy and stepping into a leadership role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Able to manage multiple projects
  • Commercial project experience would be a bonus
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Consultancy/ PQS background
