Job Details

An up-and-coming Derby based consultancy are looking to add a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team of 5 surveyors working across a wide variety of projects including public sector, local work and nationwide commercial clients.

With no ceiling on progression, the new Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time for the company with a number of internal progressions in the works, this leaves room for a driven, goal oriented individual to take on more responsibility such as building and managing a team.

The company have a strong presence in the Retail and Healthcare sectors, working with renowned national retail clients as well as local hospitals. Alongside this, they also carry out mixed use, residential, commercial and logistics schemes.

A flexible and friendly company, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the choice to work from home a few days a week and will receive endless support with professional goals such becoming an Associate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • MRICS or working through your APC
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Professional attitude
  • Retail or Healthcare experience is ideal but not crucial
