Job Details

A prestigious Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven and ambitious Project Manager to join their team based in Birmingham.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to deliver top-quality hotel and leisure projects across the country.

As Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial design and planning through to completion and handover, as well as monitor progress on site, attend site meetings, answer queries, issue variations, and report on costs.

Project Manager Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the hotel/leisure industry.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, with good client-facing skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Good team worker with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to manage time effectively.
