MRICS Building Surveyor - London - SME - Up to £55,000 + Bonus

Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an ever-growing London based Building Consultancy who due to a number of successive client wins are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and forward thinking team.

Established in 1859, our client have a proud history of providing expert advice to clients across a range of property services. With a team of over 80 dedicated professionals, they offer a bespoke and tailored service to each of their clients, whether they are individuals, companies, or institutions.

Services cover a broad range of property-related areas, including commercial and residential property management, investment and agency, lease advisory, and valuation.

Our client is looking for a client facing, driven and personable candidate who can thrive in the organisation keeping core clients happy but also growing key accounts. In return they are looking to offer clear career progression, with no red tape, where you will feel valued and not just a number.

What you’ll be doing

- Overseeing an exciting portfolio of varied projects, across different sectors, (medium to large-scale) from inception to completion

- Engaging and maintaining client relationships ensuring an excellent end-to-end service

- Supporting business development initiatives by generating repeat business and winning new projects

- Preparing project preambles and specifications on NBS Chorus and other tender documents

-Managing and undertaking professional technical instructions including pre-acquisition and condition surveys, due diligence reports, dilapidations, and party wall advice

Remuneration will be up to £55,000 plus benefits
