So, if you're passionate about making a difference, this is the role for you, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cambridge Office.

Your new role
As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the commercial aspects of commissions and projects, with a focus on the education, residential, Life Sciences and local government sectors. You'll work collaboratively with our project management, health & safety, building surveying and consult teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Your role will also involve mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues, preparing cost plans/estimates/bills of quantities/tender documents, and providing post-contract Quantity Surveying/Employer's Agent services. You'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a broad contact and knowledge base of local markets, and a track record of supporting the generation of repeat business.
