Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary private practice, with significant growth plans, are now seeking a Building Surveyor to join them in their Kent office.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the new Building Surveyor, you'll be joining this independently owned construction consultancy that provide a broad range of high-quality services across London and the South coast of England.

This is a growing team of 14, built up of both Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors, working on various healthcare, education, and manufacturing projects. You'll have a varied workload, of both professional and project services, and carry out all aspects including design work, project management, business case writing, cost management as well as, dilapidations and surveys.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Ideally MRICS or AssocRICS
• Have similar private practice/consultancy experience
• Experience in project and professional services
• Ambitious attitude
• Hold a relevant qualification
• Hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel
