Job Details
A dynamic and well established firm of Building Surveyors and Architectural Technicians are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Leicester.
The Senior Building Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be supporting the heavy workload and growth of the independent practice. They will be working across a mix of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial sectors.
There is the opportunity to broaden your skill set with the large scope of works they provide to their clients, with other members of the team to learn from. They pride themselves on the training and development they provide with a high level of experience behind the team.
The main responsibilities will include, offering maintenance advice, building condition reports, specifications, schedules of work and drawings, contract administration and project management, running your own projects from inception to completion.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified
- Strong building pathology knowledge
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Client facing
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
