Client Side Portfolio Manager – London  

We are partnering with one of London’s finest property investment businesses and office focused REIT, seeking to hire a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a central and west end portfolio made up of grade A trophy assets.

You will be working for one of the best. The total investment portfolio is more than 6 million sq ft and worth over £5 billion with properties located in some of London’s prime hotspots.

As the successful applicant, You will be responsible for inspecting and managing a collection of top grade office properties,  handing lease obligations, commercialisation, lettings, service charges and other landlord and tenant situations. You will also be working alongside the development team for refurbs and new developments.
