Estates Management Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

We are partnering with an international leader in commercial property services, looking for either a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor in a corporate estates role working for one of the businesses most prestigious clients.

Working for one of the top names in real estate advisory worldwide on a blue-chip account, this varied estates management position will see you leading on portfolio optimisation strategy from a leasing and management perspective, offering the perfect grounding for a career either in asset management or corporate occupier solutions.

You will be taking on a hybrid role with some home working available. You will be expected to know leases inside out with sound knowledge of L&T legislation as you will be heavily involved in rent reviews, lease renewals, regears and break options and assisting with strategic portfolio management decisions on a day to day basis, in a post that will see you looking after around 20-30 office & retail properties across London and Birmingham. 

Service charge experience will be essential as well as having access to a vehicle for commercial use (car allowance offered).
