Are you an avid multi-tasker with a penchant for the property industry? Stafffinders are currently looking for dedicated Commercial Property Managers to work with a variety of renowned clients throughout the Edinburgh vicinity.

Responsibilities within your new role

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties. You will use your strong communication skills to work with landlords and tenants to successfully manage a range of property types while meeting deadlines and building rapport.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a commercial property portfolio where they have acted as a point of contact for commercial and property landlords and tenants. It is key that you work well under pressure and you maintain an updated knowledge of all relevant legislation, policy and procedures, and have a strong knowledge of the local market. We are also keen to speak to experienced candidates who are not MRICS, or have a thirst to become Chartered.
