Building (Disrepair) Surveyor-Suffolk-6 months-£40p/h

My Local Authority Client based in Suffolk is currently looking for an interim Disrepair Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract. They are looking for a Surveyor who can ideally start in May. This is a hybrid working role paying approx.£40 p/h.

The ideal Candidate will have relative experience in:

• Disrepair Claim and Complaints handling experience
• Repairs and defects analysis – focus on Damp, Mould and Condensation
• Residential experience – home visits required for site inspections
• Void inspections
• Specifications of works
• Issue identification and analysis
• Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor
• Strong IT skills and system knowledge required

You will be working remotely bar site visits as per a hybrid working pattern agreed by you and the Hiring Manager, no real requirement to be in office, mostly site visit orientated
