They undertake privately instructed valuations such as HTB & shared ownership, Level 2 and 3 surveys plus a range of general practice work – providing variety and stability against market fluctuations. Work is undertaken at low volume and surveyors have full office support (from booking all the way through to dictation, report creation & delivery).
