Director - Project Management - Residential Sector Lead 
£six figure salary + LTIP + bonus + benefits, London

Independent project and development consultancy at an exciting stage of growth seek a director project manager to lead their residential PM team.

Working with a range of investor/developers in the living sector you will be tasked with expanding the existing residential PM team in addition to project delivery of schemes £10-100m+.

This is a key appointment for the business, as such, an attractive Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) is offered as part of the package.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years experience in project management, ideally consultancy, including a min 5 years leading projects within the private residential sector.

Candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent
• Min 10+ years project management experience, ideally within a consultancy 
• Min 5+ years of delivery in the residential sector  
• Proven client experience including bids 
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
