Syderek requires an MRICS or FRICS Surveyor to head up our relatively small team of surveyors. This hybrid role requires the successful candidate to:
- Be Syderek’s Responsible Principal and Head Survey
- Carry out HS Level 2s & 3s and Help to Buy Valuations
- Mentor and develop our other Surveyors (3 currently).
- Oversee further recruitment
- Assist in the development of Syderek as a surveying firm
- Assist in developing relationships with potential Introducers and other lead sources
