INTERIM HEAD OF ESTATES AND ASSET MANAGEMENT REQUIRED

Park Avenue are working on behalf of a London Borough who require an Interim Head of Estates and Asset Management for a 12-month period.

Your role will see you managing the commercial property department, which consists of over 500 properties and a mixed team of interim and permanent staff. The position will require your involvement on disposals, valuations, CPO cases, along with supporting the team with property management duties.

MRICS is essential for this position. Local Authorities experience is required.

The council work on a hybrid basis, with you being required in the office twice per week. There's flexibility on which days you choose to be in the office though!
