Leading construction & property consultancy are looking to expand their Bristol Building Surveying team with the appointment of an experienced Building Surveyor to work across some fantastically diverse and technically unique projects ranging from sports facilities/stadiums, Police, insurance, National portfolios, Historic and listed buildings, Social Housing, high end housing and Government and Defence. 

This is a great opportunity to grow your career and manage a team of surveyors within this established multi discipline practice.

The role will require you to be the key point of contact with many prestigious clients, therefore a high level of communication skills and commercial awareness are essential for being successful in this role.

You will be of an analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations. You will need to demonstrate the capability to manage individual team members including picking up and organising their project work and where necessary, assisting them on projects. You will be given the autonomy to work flexibly and be part of a friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking consultancy.
