Our client: A large multi-discipline practice, with offices across the United Kingdom providing a range of services across a number of disciplines. This particular position is likely to include projects in the following sectors: Sports. Police, Insurance, Historic and Listed Buildings, Government and Defence.

This consultancy are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong background in a similar company, who will be responsible for the following:

Assisting the leading and management of a Building Surveying teamAssisting and monitoring Graduate Building Surveyors through their APC PathwaysUndertaking a key client-facing business development roleManaging Refurbishments including contract administrationProviding advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishments of all types of public and private sector Buildings to latest regulationsCarrying out Building Surveys including PPM schedules and Condition SurveysPreparing schedules of DilapidationsHandling Insurance claims Requirements

Building Surveying Degree (RICS Accredited)MRICS QualifiedExtensive experience across a number of sectorsBenefits
