ESTATE DIRECTOR
An Estate Director is sought for Farleigh Wallop Estate, Hampshire, covering c.4,000 acres, which includes 2,700 acres under combine, 1,000 acres of commercial forestry, around 80 residential and commercial lets, and a growing events and leisure enterprise. The owner and trustees require an individual who is capable of sitting across multiple estate business lines, developing and executing on strategy, coordinating resource and reporting in a concise and professional manner.
The successful candidate will be a qualified surveyor (MRICS, FRICS or similar) with experience in estate and property portfolio management at a senior level. He or she will be commercially astute, process-oriented, and willing and able to lead a diverse team.
