Project Surveyor

I'm working on a Building Surveying role in Lancashire for a minimum period of 5 months:

• AutoCAD experience ESSENTIAL Repairs, refurbishment and extensions Corporate and commercial property (however, those with a social housing background will also be considered) Local Authority client working on schools mostly Full lifecycle of a project (inspection, report, drawings, tender, procurement, contractor management)

This role will pay around £32 per hour inside IR35 and run until at least October, with an extension or permanent role being offered after this.

You will be expected to be in office 2 days per week and available on call for site visits the rest of the week.
