Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity to join a young, close-knit team of Quantity Surveyors within a multi-disciplined boutique construction consultancy working on commercial, high-end residential, retail and leisure projects.

About the Role

Established 21 years ago, this small multi-disciplined consultancy delivers a variety of projects from commercial, high-end residential, retail, leisure and industrial sectors ranging from £1-50mill. From blue-chip corporate clients down to individual private clients you'll have excellent exposure managing and supporting on variety of projects.

You'll be part of the sociable team in the St Pauls office where you can be in control of your own career progression, responsible and recognised for the value you add. From day 1 you'll be in a client facing role involving private client communication, interaction and entertainment.

About You

This role is best suited to a bright Project Quantity Surveyor who works well autonomously, able to manage projects themselves with minimal support (other than on the larger scale projects) and is close to or just recently chartered. My client has a great support system for the APC to aid in your journey.
