Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Property Administrator or Surveying Assistant/ Executive to join one of UKs leading commercial and residential real estate consultancy and agencies. KEY FOCUS:

The role is to provide full administrative support to the department in conjunction with the day-to-day property management services. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client and property portfolio which will include commercial and mixed-use properties.

MAJOR ASPECT OF ROLE:

  • Allocation and coding of service charge invoices and arranging payment by accounts.
  • General liaison on day-to-day service charge matters with the accounts team, tenants, surveyors, and facilities managers.
  • Monitoring of service charge expenditure and assisting with service charge budgets and reconciliations.
  • Assisting with issuing of annual service charge budgets and reconciliations.
  • Extracting relevant information from legal documentation and populating database amendment and input forms.
  • Produce, amend and review spreadsheets including the use of formulae.
  • Corresponding with tenants and dealing with day-to-day issues that arise.
  • Keeping tenancy schedules up to date.
  • Assisting in preparing client reports.
  • Setting up new properties and closing sold properties from the database.
  • Processing RPI rent reviews.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to produce, amend and review spreadsheets using Excel formulae.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail

  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines regularly.
