Peace Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy in Scotland who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Management Surveyor up to Associate level to join their talented team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This company are open in terms of the level they bring in and will consider applications from newly qualified through to Senior level.

You will be joining at a key period of growth for this consultancy who have big plans to expand their existing property management team extensively throughout the UK.
As a Surveyor/property manager with this firm, you can expect to work on mid-large scale projects across sectors including local government frameworks and central government buildings, including some of the UK's most iconic and prestigious builds.
37.5 hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties in Glasgow
- Maintaining the physical condition of the properties and coordinating repairs and renovations as needed
- Negotiating leases and collecting rent from tenants
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants
- Managing budgets and financial reports
- Coordinating with other professionals such as architects and engineers
Qualifications and experience:
- You must have property management experience within the UK (RICS desirable or on APC Pathway not essential)
- Experience in onboarding, due diligence and writing reports
- This client will look at people from either client or consultancy backgrounds
- Experience working within the public sector would be advantageous
- Self motivated, ability to deliver set objectives to tight timescales.
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
