About the Job
An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our client's team based in West Sussex. You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of rural consultancy matters including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant matters, BPS and environmental stewardship, development land and compulsory purchase.
There will be the immediate opportunity to take up work on existing instructions, but an important part of this role will be identifying, securing and delivering new business opportunities. Training and support will be readily provided to assist in your own professional development and to complement the skills you bring to the company.
This really is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely successful independent, multi-disciplined regional firm and the successful candidate with hunger to succeed will have the chance to progress through the firm to Partner level.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be an MRICS accredited Chartered Surveyor; three or more years of demonstrable PQE would be preferable. Red Book valuer status would be strongly desirable. You'll be approachable and practical, with an excellent eye for detail, a great attitude and track record winning new business.
