INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED
London
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a London Local Authority who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-6 month contract.
You'll be working on their commercial and operational portfolios, with your time being spent completing site inspections and meeting the tenants, and working through the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.
Mileage from the council offices to the site inspections can be expensed, although using public transport might be easier!
You'll be working INSIDE IR35, through an umbrella company.
For this position, you need to be MRICS.
Local Authority experience is not essential, but public sector knowledge is definitely an added bonus.
