I'm working closely with a central London based boutique developer who specialise in the Hotels, BTR and Student Accommodation sectors, who are looking to bring in an experienced Commercial Manager/Director to lead on the commercial side of their business.

This is a true cradle to grave position, working closely with the investment team on appraisals and future projects, assisting with procurement and delivery of live projects and contributing to ensuring successful completion on time and budget.

This is an exciting firm enjoying a period of growth with a continued appetite to build and grow their already busy pipeline.

This position would suit an individual with a minimum of 8 years’ experience QS/Commercial experience ideally with some exposure to at least one of the above sectors.
