Our client is an international, multidisciplinary practice of Project Managers, surveyors, creatives, entrepreneurs, strategists and operational experts working across space, experience and Identity. They pride themselves on a diverse portfolio of projects and clientele. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager from a cost background to join them in their London office, this is an autonomous role with the right individual being able to lead on projects through all RIBA stages.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will sit within the PM team and run a variety of projects across a variety of sectors. This is a fee earning role and you will be expected to undertake projects from inception through to completion and undertake the consultancies full set of QS services for the clients on your own and be responsible for your own billing and invoicing

As a Senior PM you will also be required to do the following as part of your role:

• Hold the relevant chartership, in the process of becoming chartered or planning to gain chartership with the
• Able to offer input on fee proposals in conjunction with your manager and the
• Understand the fee forecast for your projects, keeping the client up to date and ensuring the fee forecast is up to date with your
• Understanding the profitability of your projects based on the time spent against the fee agreed on a monthly
• Liaise with your manager to agree additional fee requests or alterations to the forecast where required to ensure projects remain commercially
• Build and maintain relationships with all clients and members of the project team on your
