Job Details
Savills is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join their dynamic RISE team as an Associate Director.
With 13 properties under management in the UK, including 10 multi-let offices, totalling approximately 5 million square feet, this is an exciting opportunity to work with key strategic clients and contribute to the success of both their property management division and Savills UK business.
As an Associate Director, you will oversee a portfolio that includes eight multi-let properties and one (FRI) property. These properties range in size from 50,000 to 420,000 square feet and include prestigious assets such as Cannon Place, Kings Place, Verde, and Moor House. You will be responsible for managing service charge budgets ranging from £1 million to £8 million per annum.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various Savills departments, including asset management, building consultancy, and Savills Earth (sustainability), to provide a comprehensive one-stop-shop service to their clients. This will involve extensive interaction and coordination with different teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of services.
Maintaining consistency across all assets is crucial, and you will work closely with surveyors in the regions to ensure the highest standards of service are upheld. By fostering strong relationships and effective communication, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and meeting their priorities.
Savills clients prioritize (ESG) initiatives, ranging from optimizing current operations, engaging with occupiers and providing outstanding customer service. Furthermore, you will focus on the fundamental aspects of arrears management, service charge budgeting, compliance, and client reporting.
To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in property management, ideally within the commercial sector. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will liaise with diverse stakeholders and collaborate with multiple internal teams. A deep understanding of ESG principles and a commitment to delivering sustainable solutions will be highly valued.
We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role. Our commitment is to an equitable recruitment process so feel free to apply in any way that suits you, via WhatsApp, video message, CV, the more creative the better.
