As an senior level Property Manager, you'll enjoy a fluid role with great autonomy. This means you can focus on what you do best, without being bound by the constraints of traditional consultancy-based property management roles. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of retail assets and shopping centres within the investment fund's portfolio. You'll develop and implement strategic plans to optimize property performance, and helping to ensure exceptional customer service.
Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with internal teams, tenants, and service providers to ensure seamless property operations. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, you'll identify opportunities to enhance property value and performance.
To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, with a strong focus on retail assets and shopping centres. Your ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial, along with a solid understanding of lease negotiations and legal aspects of property management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.
