Building Surveyor

A dynamic Chartered Building Surveying practice, with nationwide offices, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their social team of 8, in London.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the ground hitting Building Surveyor, you will work on schemes for a range of clients, including investors, developers, occupiers and owners of commercial property and construction. You'll carry out a 70% project service focused role, to 30% of professional services, across the retail, industrial and office sectors.

With significant growth plans, you as the successful Building Surveyor will have uncapped career progression within the business. Your responsibility will be to advise clients on all Building Surveying matters, whilst also working closely and advising other professionals within the business.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Chartered RICS status or equivalent experience & eager to gain RICS status
• RICS accredited degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft; Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be commericially aware
• Negotiation skills - Strong communicable ability
• Proven fee target ability
• Be motivated, self-managed, collaborative and reliable
