This sound familiar? Well, now you have the opportunity to work with a London Local Authority on an Interim contract basis!
Park Avenue are currently working with a London Borough Council to recruit for the position of Interim Estates Surveyor. The role will require you to manage a portfolio that is primarily comprised of commercial assets, along with some retail assets.
You will only be required to attend the office twice a week for this position, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Previous Local Authority experience is essential for this role, and MRICS Chartered Surveyor status is desirable. You must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle in order to attend site inspections.
